Job summary

Steward Partners Global Advisory in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Support Technician to be the main point of contact for employees, troubleshooting requests, and timely ticket resolution across systems and platforms.

You will deploy new equipment, onboard users, support remote locations, and collaborate with the Technology team on projects, while maintaining strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with ticket tracking systems (JIRA, ConnectWise, ZenDesk).
• Experience with remote support software (ScreenConnect, CW Control, LogMeIn).
• Experience with device management (InTune, LabTech/CW Automate, N-Able).
• Experience with Enterprise email (Microsoft 365, Exchange).
• Experience with Microsoft servers/services (Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, SharePoint).
• Experience with SSO environments (Okta, Azure).
• Experience with Networking (TCP/IP, IPSEC VPNs, DNS, firewalls/NAT, VOIP).
• Experience with Windows 10/11 (install, configure, management).
• Strong knowledge of financial industry with Compliance and Regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough and responsive support for tickets across systems and platforms.
• Review, monitor, upgrade, and secure computers, phones, and networks.
• Onsite deployment, onboarding of new users, and remote office support.
• Triage requests and route to teams or vendors for escalation.
• Perform password resets and entitlement/permission management.
• Create self-service documentation and efficiency improvements.
• Assist with user training on technology platforms and workflows.
• Collaborate with Technology department on projects and implementations.
