Job summary

Goodwill Gulf Coast is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Administration team in Pensacola. You will provide frontline IT support, manage tickets, and assist with end-user issues across workstations, AV systems, and email accounts.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule, with some evenings and Saturdays as needed. A high school diploma and 3+ years IT service desk experience are required, along with valid driving capability to visit stores in the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in IT service desk and customer service.
• Experience with POS systems and mobile devices (iOS/Android) is preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and O365 administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter all service tickets, times worked and resolution in the helpdesk system and provide monthly reports.
• Resolve end user workstation, help desk and troubleshooting issues with IT Manager support.
• Escalate tickets to level 2 tech support when needed and liaise with escalation team.
• Repair workstations using approved hardware/software; maintain asset records.
• Maintain user accounts and email accounts for all employees.
• Install/configure new workstations and troubleshoot AV equipment in meeting rooms.
