Gregory Welteroth Advertising (GWA) seeks a PC Support Specialist to install, maintain, and repair PCs and networks from its Montoursville office. You will ensure IT infrastructure operates at peak performance and support end-user applications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as computer technician or similar role.
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
• Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• MS Office experience is a plus.
• Good communication abilities.
• Excellent organizing and time-management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Setting up computer hardware and install/configure software and drivers.
• Maintaining and repairing equipment or peripheral devices.
• Installing, maintaining, and managing LAN/WAN equipment and other network devices and components (servers, switches, routers, IPs).
• Project work as part of a team to support applications or network development.
• Assist applications like Office, Teams, Nitro, Salesforce and more.
