Job summary

Gregory Welteroth Advertising (GWA) is seeking a Marketing Associate in Montoursville, PA to support client accounts and marketing initiatives from planning through execution.

You’ll work with Account Executives, Managers, and internal teams, taking on increased responsibility for project management, client communication, and campaign execution while developing broader account management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 1–3 years in marketing, advertising, account service, project coordination, or related experience.
• Agency experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate projects and campaigns across creative, digital, media, analytics and internal teams.
• Develop project timelines, organize deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with notes, action items and follow-up.
• Communicate with clients on status, deliverables, approvals and requests.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, reports, and client-facing documents.
• Assist with campaign planning, implementation, and ongoing coordination.
• Review project details for accuracy before delivery.
• Gather information from internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Monitor progress and report updates to account leadership.
• Conduct research related to clients, competitors, audiences and opportunities.
• Understand client businesses, goals, brands, and strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service.
