Job summary

Gregory Welteroth Advertising in Montoursville, PA is seeking a PC Support Specialist to install, maintain and repair computers and networks. The role requires strong problem-solving, security awareness, and teamwork to support IT infrastructure across LAN/WAN environments.

The position emphasizes hands-on hardware, software configuration, and user support for Office, Teams, Salesforce, Nitro, and related tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience as computer technician or similar role.
Experience with LAN/WAN networks.
Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
Strong knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
MS Office Application Experience and Administration a plus.
Good communication abilities.
Exceptional organizing and time-management skills.
BSc/BA in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Setting up computer hardware and install/configure software and drivers.
Maintaining and repairing equipment or peripheral devices.
Installing, maintaining, and managing LAN/WAN equipment and other network devices and components (servers, switches, routers, IPs etc.).
Project Work - Being part of a team to achieve success in application or network development.
Help support applications like Office, Teams, Nitro, Salesforce and more.
