Job summary

Key Responsibilities:

To assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer/docking station refresh project. These staff would be performing the day-to-day work of imaging, replacing the computers and migrating the data. The process by which this is performed will be provided by the agency. These staff will be part of a team which include an agency subject matter expert, and a project manager to coordinate and lead the work. Windows 11 technical support experience would be helpful but is not required.

MUST HAVE

• 1 Required Skill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of personal computers, components, printers and microcomputers terms. Ability to work cooperatively with others in a professional work environment.
• 1 Required Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Prepares or assists in the preparation of service record documentation.
• 1 Required Provides technical assistance and support for applications and hardware problems. Installs, maintains, moves, and assists in testing and upgrading new and existing hardware/software. Maintains the necessary security controls over software.
• 1 Required Ability to provide excellent customer services. Ability to lift and relocate 30 lbs
