Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 units of computer science coursework; CS or Engineering major preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows PC, macOS, Android OS, iOS, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with VBScript, Active Directory, VPNs, PowerShell; HTML desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt in a changing environment; work independently or in teams.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in-person, by phone, or through remote desktop tools to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with configuring, testing, deployment, and maintenance of technical equipment.
• Assist with routine auditing of computer hardware inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with departments to gather requirements for IT projects and assist with planning and communication.
• Assist with research, development, and feasibility study of new technologies.
• Assist with evaluating current resources and technical needs across the organization.
• Create technical and procedural documentation.
• Support IT department projects and other assignments as needed.
• Perform other IT projects as assigned.
