Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT.
• 2–4 years in technical support, service desk, or desktop support.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technology support across the company.
• Triage, prioritize, resolve, and communicate status through to closure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Build and maintain documentation and self-service resources.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
