Job summary

The Gill Corporation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the primary resource for the ad hoc service and routine maintenance of company hardware and systems in El Monte, CA. You will report to the IT Operations Manager and handle end-user requests, software/hardware setups, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience and an Associate degree or certificate in computer technology, with strong customer service skills and the ability to escalate issues and follow IT

Responsibilities

• Responds to end-user requests for support via phone, email, or chat.
