Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience preferred.
• Understanding of Microsoft AD and related products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users with ownership and follow-through.
• Maintain network and devices including workstations, printers, and copiers.
• Assist with account management and user onboarding/offboarding.
• Support and train team members on IT processes and security.
• Travel to store locations to install/fix/upgrade equipment.
• Maintain security software and monitor security equipment.
