The Gill Corporation in El Monte, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the primary resource for ad hoc service and routine maintenance of company hardware and systems. Reporting to IT Operations Manager, you will resolve end-user issues and assist with software/hardware deployments.

This role requires 0–2 years of experience, an associate degree or certificate in computer technology, and strong customer service skills. Some positions may require ITAR/EAR compliance and U.S.

• Strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to end-user requests via phone, email or chat to resolve basic issues.
• Maintains endpoint protection software and inventory systems.
• Supports software or device installs, creates user profiles and resets passwords.
• Performs PC hardware/software installations and configurations under supervision.
• Prepares user and technical documentation.
• Adheres to IT standard processes and suggests improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
