Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join the IT team in Murray, UT. You will provide hands-on support for Windows and macOS, manage user accounts, and aid in onboarding and device setup.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of help desk experience, strong problem-solving skills, and solid communication abilities. This role includes a competitive bonus plan and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a technical support role.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or help desk.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, MS 365, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows and macOS; configure and install workstations and devices.
• Document incidents and solutions in ticketing systems and assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
