Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT team in a hands-on role. You will provide user support, resolve incidents, and ensure hardware, software, and network stability across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years in a help desk, with strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills, and familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and VPNs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, VPNs, and remote access tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows and macOS.
• Configure and install workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in AD, Exchange, and other systems.
• Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device setup/decommissioning.
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues to senior staff or vendors.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and track assignments.
• Support video conferencing tools and AV equipment.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation.
