Qualifications

• Minimum degree: high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and repair personal computing hardware and software.
• Install software and peripheral components per user requirements.
• Provide technical assistance and training to business users; respond to inquiries and diagnose problems.
• Create and maintain documentation on systems, software and processes used for support.
