Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; college/technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years related IT support experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Proactive communication with users and ability to document solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Configures, installs, and repairs personal computing hardware and software.
• Provides user training and technical assistance to business users.
• Diagnoses hardware, software, and network problems; tickets and updates stakeholders.
• Maintains documentation on systems, software and processes used for support.
