Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configures, installs, and repairs personal computing hardware and software.
• Loads specified software packages onto computing devices.
• Responds to inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses problems.
• Provides end-user support via phone, onsite, remote tools and VPN.
