Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking an IT support specialist to configure and repair personal computing hardware and software for business users. You will install hardware and software, provide user training, and diagnose issues to keep systems running smoothly.

The role involves end-to-end user support via phone, onsite, and remote tools, with on-call rotations possible. High school diploma or equivalent required; experience 1–3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience providing software/hardware support in a business environment.
• Familiarity with PMS, hotel and POS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and repair personal computing hardware and software to meet user needs.
• Install or assist with installation of hardware components and software packages.
• Provide technical assistance and training to business users.
• Respond to inquiries and diagnose hardware, software, and operational problems.
