Responsibilities

• Addresses and resolves incidents and requests reported to IT Support Services.
• Remotes into user or site equipment for investigations and troubleshooting.
• Performs basic testing and troubleshooting of network issues.
• Logs all incidents in tracking tool with complete information.
• Escalates to IT resources when beyond scope of role.
• Provides professional customer support and builds relationships for timely resolutions.
• Grows knowledge of supported systems to improve first-contact resolution.
• Performs additional duties and projects as required.
