Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an IT Store Support Technician for the 2nd shift in Indianapolis. You will troubleshoot store technology, including POS systems, and provide remote/phone/email/chat support to store and corporate teams.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree and 2–3 years of help desk experience, with preference for retail industry familiarity. You will assist with store hardware deployments, software upgrades, and be part of a team upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in related fields; 2–3 years of help desk experience or equivalent.
• Retail industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day IT issues reported to the Tech Desk.
• Remote into stores and user computers for investigations.
• Provide assistance by phone, email, chat or self-service portal.
• Document interactions in ticketing system with steps taken.
• Configure and troubleshoot POS peripherals and printers.
• Support store hardware deployments and software upgrades.
• Monitor store beacon hardware, RFIDs, and order configurations.
• Assist on-site technicians with IT installations and test-outs.
