Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Windows desktop, Office 365, and Teams support.
• Imaging and deploying PCs via Microsoft Intune; Autopilot a plus.
• Asset inventory/equipment tracking experience.
• AD account management, DNS, DHCP, MFA support.
• Support for Autodesk, Bentley, Esri; CAD/BIM/GIS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I help desk support to engineers, architects, designers, and project teams.
• Troubleshoot desktop, hardware, software, application, connectivity, account, and infrastructure issues.
• Image and deploy PCs using Microsoft Intune and maintain asset inventory/equipment tracking.
• Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, DNS, DHCP, and MFA support.
• Support email, printers, wired/wireless networks, and Teams-based video conferencing/AV.
• Provide Remote Desktop and mobile device support.
• Manage software licenses for design applications.
