Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to provide Tier I help desk support from our offices in El Paso, TX, Las Cruces, NM, or Kansas City, MO. The role supports engineers and designers with stable workstations, reliable connectivity, and quick issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of relevant experience and hands-on experience with Windows 11, Intune deployment, AD, and TCP/IP networking.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Experience imaging and deploying PCs with Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Teams.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MFA.
• Experience with LAN/WAN and remote support.
