Job summary
Ramos Consulting Services, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and manage onboarding/offboarding processes for staff across airport locations.
The role requires strong diagnostic skills, familiarity with Freshdesk/IT Service-Now, and experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent job experience of 5 years or more.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 installation, configuration and updates.
- Experience with Office 365 deployment, troubleshooting and user support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, IT Service-Now) and incident tracking.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer emails to the Help Desk.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues following established procedures.
- Analyze and document production outages and incidents.
- Determine severity and escalate as needed.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
- Submit service requests in Freshdesk and ITSM tools.
- Complete onboarding/offboarding for staff deployments.
- Perform hardware and software installations.
- Oversee staff deployments and relocations within locations.
- Provide IT support at division events and train new staff.
