Job summary

The Greenridge Group in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Technical Support I to back an airport development program. You will deliver hands-on help desk support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help keep IT operations running smoothly.

You will install and maintain Windows 10/11, support Microsoft 365, manage tickets in Freshdesk or ServiceNow, assist with onboarding, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent IT experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, VPN, and network issues.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel between airport sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT help desk support and respond to requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 computers.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
• Track IT tickets using Freshdesk or ServiceNow.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other network connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Provide basic IT training to employees.
