Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support professional in Albuquerque, NM to provide Tier I/II assistance for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365, via ticketing systems. You will troubleshoot devices, install equipment, and assist with onboarding, while maintaining precise documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support or desktop support.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, and cloud tech.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to follow structured testing procedures and document findings.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 via ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and deploy new computers and equipment.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain documentation of requests and recurring issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online.
• Deploy configurations and security policies via Intune and Entra.
• Manage user accounts, licensing, security groups, and permissions.
• Monitor endpoint compliance, health, and inventory; lifecycle management.
• Assist with email security investigations and incident response.
• Monitor security alerts and escalate as needed.
• Support CMMC compliance documentation and evidence collection.
• Support testing, UAT, and validation for rollouts.
• Document issues and create knowledge base articles and deployment guides.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
