Job summary

PC Construction is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our employee-owned team. This office-based role supports end users, manages devices, and expands IT services across regional offices and jobsites. The position is not remote and requires on-site work in Charlotte, NC.

You will own ticket management, assist with Intune/MDM, maintain antivirus and web proxy services, and provide training to new staff. Travel to regional offices and jobsites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to manage user accounts, devices and software assets.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and antivirus/web proxy basics.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and remove users and devices.
• Manage device and software inventories in asset systems.
• Provide primary help desk support and ticket ownership.
• Administer Intune and MDM configurations for devices.
• Coordinate internet services and regional network support.
• Troubleshoot printers, switches, routers, and IP phones.
• Lead new employee IT orientation and onboarding.
• Provide remote site installation and support for remote data networks.
• Travel to regional offices and jobsites as needed.

PC Construction is seeking a motivated, customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our employee-owned team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and helping expand IT services across our regional offices and jobsites. You'll play a key role in delivering technology solutions that keep our teams connected and productive. This is an office-based position, not remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and remove users and devices (i.e., Microsoft Office, Egnyte, etc.)
• Responsible for daily management of device and software inventory within the corporate asset tracking systems.
• Foster innovation and build business partner relationships to meet corporate business strategies.
• Hardware and software management through Microsoft Intune
• Provide primary support (ownership of ticket management) via the Help Desk
• Administer cellular contracts and plan revisions, along with mobile device management of Apple MDM
• Maintain corporate device protection schemas (Antivirus, malware and web proxy services)
• Purchase and manage device and software inventory within the corporate asset tracking systems
• Source, order, coordinate internet services with Internet providers
• Troubleshoot and maintain network printers, switches, routers, wireless access points, projector systems, video conferencing systems and IP phone systems
• Lead new employee orientation process
• Provide remote site installation and support on remote data and communication networks
• Provide necessary user training on site network capabilities and software needs
• Travel to regional offices and jobsites when requested

This position has a pay range of $62,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience, in addition to an extensive benefits package that includes company stock, project bonus, and a profit-sharing bonus. #LI-AL1 #LI-Onsite
