Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Springfield, Missouri is seeking an IT Support Technician II to join our IT department. You will support administration and maintenance of in-house and cloud-based systems, assist with Active Directory, Office 365, networking, and end-user support.

Qualifications

• College or technical diploma in computer science or 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows servers/workstations and Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure AD administration.
• Experience with IT help desk processes and documentation standards.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and maintenance of in-house and offsite servers and computer systems.
• Maintain Active Directory and Azure AD, security groups, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Manage domain file structures and system assets.
• Provide help desk support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and other equipment.
• Assist with Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams administration.
• Support network infrastructure, wireless connectivity, and basic networking functions.
• Assist with phone system administration, maintenance, and installations.
• Install and maintain network and phone cabling.
• Train and assist end users on technology systems and best practices.
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing system; participate in upgrades and projects.
