Job summary

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree in a computer-related field and 2 years relevant work experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting for software, hardware, networking and accessories.
• Experience with Windows and Cisco products is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot end-user devices, software, hardware, and networking.
• Repair hardware and liaise with vendors to maintain service continuity.
• Respond to support calls and resolve issues to meet business needs.
