Job summary

FIVE18 Family Services is seeking an IT Service Technician to provide on-site and remote helpdesk support across multiple locations. You will handle tickets, perform basic network maintenance, and assist with device software and hardware upkeep.

Responsibilities include AV support for staff events, inventory control, and collaboration with the Director of IT on projects, plus cybersecurity awareness and training materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related IT experience.
• Proficient in Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Android, iOS; in MS Office, Google Workspace, iWork; basic networking and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Responds to and resolves helpdesk tickets as assigned.
• Printer troubleshooting and calls to service providers.
• Basic network troubleshooting and device maintenance.
