Job summary

First Call is seeking a Junior Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support while assisting with system administration, software, development, cybersecurity, and compliance. This hybrid White House, TN role offers exposure to a broad range of IT systems and opportunities for professional growth.

You will work under the IT & Compliance Manager, back up Help Desk and development functions, and contribute to technology projects in a fast-paced environment at First Call.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years IT support or software development experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and standard business applications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support related to hardware, software, and access issues.
• Serve as backup for Help Desk and Software Development functions.
• Troubleshoot issues across systems, applications, integrations, and business processes.
• Assist with user account management, configurations, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to administration, maintenance, and reporting of applications and platforms.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
