Job summary

First Call Claims Solutions is seeking a Junior Support Technician in a hybrid role based in White House, TN. You will provide day-to-day technical support, assist with system administration, software applications, development, cybersecurity, and compliance projects.

The role offers hands-on experience across IT support, applications, development, and security, with growth opportunities and collaboration with the IT & Compliance Manager.Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, software development, or a combination of both preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and standard business applications preferred.
• Familiarity with modern IT systems, business applications, and support tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and information security principles.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support related to hardware, software, applications, system access, and other technology issues.
• Serve as backup support for Help Desk and Software Development functions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving company systems, applications, integrations, and business processes.
• Support user account management, system configurations, and technology onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with administration, maintenance, optimization, and reporting of company applications and technology platforms.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and software providers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation related to systems, configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with application and code testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and system enhancements.
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and information security initiatives.
• Assist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation and tracking remediation efforts.
