We're seeking a motivated and technically minded Junior Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support while assisting with system administration, software applications, development, cybersecurity, compliance, and technology projects.

This is a full-time, salaried position with standard hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. The schedule offers flexibility based on business needs, and daily hours may vary depending on workload and priorities.

What You'll Be Doing
Technical Support & Systems
- Provide technical support related to hardware, software, applications, system access, and other technology issues
- Serve as backup support for Help Desk and Software Development functions
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving company systems, applications, integrations, and business processes
- Support user account management, system configurations, and technology onboarding and offboarding
- Assist with administration, maintenance, optimization, and reporting of company applications and technology platforms
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and software providers to resolve technical issues
- Maintain documentation related to systems, configurations, processes, and procedures
Development, Security & Compliance
- Assist with application and code testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and system enhancements
- Support cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and information security initiatives
- Assist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation and tracking remediation efforts
- Support IT and Development reporting related to system performance, security metrics, support trends, and operational analytics

What You Bring
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, software development, or a combination of both preferred
- Experience supporting Windows environments and standard business applications preferred
- Familiarity with modern IT systems, business applications, and support tools
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, system integrations, and application workflows
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and information security principles
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or similar are a plus
