Job summary

NIC Global is seeking an IT Technical Support Analyst to provide local and remote end-user support across multiple sites. The role includes managing AD and Exchange, supporting Windows desktops, Citrix, CAD/CAM software, and ERP connectivity.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of Helpdesk experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience training users on IT policies and services.

Qualifications

• High school level education or equivalent specialized training.
• 2-3 years of user/system support experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports users locally and remotely across multi-site networks.
• Triages and prioritizes Helpdesk tickets and documents resolutions.
• Manages user and computer accounts in Active Directory and Exchange mailboxes.
• Supports Windows 10–11, Office 2013–365, Citrix sessions, and CAD/CAM software.
