Responsibilities

Log, prioritize, and track support requests using an IT ticketing system.
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user account management.
Support onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking.
Help administer SharePoint sites and Microsoft tools used by staff.
Assist with security awareness and basic IT projects.
