Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication; able to explain tech to non-technical staff
• Experience with ticketing systems or email-based IT support

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for staff computers, peripherals, and basic network issues
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user accounts management
• Support onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and printer issues
• Log requests in a ticketing system and escalate complex problems to IT leadership
• Support small projects in church management tools and security-related tasks
