Job summary

Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa, FL is seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure proper computer operation so end users can accomplish business tasks, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading PC hardware, software, and equipment.

You will receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user help requests, provide quality technical support and customer service, and assist with software deployments, Office 365, and Active Directory in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of computer science coursework or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a help desk environment required.
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory.
• A+ and/or Network+ certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user issues in person, remote, phone, or email.
• Assist with software deployments and upgrade installations.
• Provide quality technical support and customer service consistently.
• Support Microsoft core apps, operating systems, and cloud services.
• Document issues and resolutions and escalate when needed.
