CFS in the United States is seeking an IT Support Specialist to advance from help desk into hands-on server, SQL Server, and business application support, reporting to IT leadership in a high-visibility role.

The position offers mentorship, exposure to multi-server infrastructure, documentation duties, and opportunities to contribute to strategic IT initiatives. You will handle onboarding, access management, and provide end-user support across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Google Workspace, SSO, and MFA.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio, backups/restores, and basic T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience supporting hardware, printers, networking fundamentals, and end-user troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user issues involving hardware, software, printers, VPN access, and workplace technologies.
• Support and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot business-critical applications.
• Perform SQL Server backups, restores, and basic T-SQL administration tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and runbooks.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and identity/access management activities.
