Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking an Information Technology Specialist based in Provo, Utah, to provide tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, networks, printers, and mobile devices. The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, and the ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the first contact for end users, support connectivity and device issues, and assist with IT training and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory; familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical support and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Provide technical assistance for computer, software, network, printing, and mobile device issues in person, over the phone, or remotely.
• Assist with onboarding and training in technology equipment and contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
• Support implementation of IT policies and procedures based on corporate guidelines.
