Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services subsidiary, is seeking an IT Specialist to provide Tier 1 support from the Provo, Utah office. You will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for employees, emphasizing Windows 11, Office 365, and network services.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer service, and clear communication. Travel and after-hours support may be required, with a supportive team environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and remote support tools; strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide technical assistance for computer, software, network, printing, and mobile device issues in person, by phone, or remotely.
• Assist with onboarding and department technology initiatives and training.
• Support IT policies and procedures for managing systems and operations under corporate guidelines.
• Participate in IT department operations and service delivery.
• Provide connectivity and network support for systems and shared services.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and resources.
• Troubleshoot technology issues and maintain issue logs; document repairs.
• Prepare and configure workstations, accounts, and software; assist with security enforcement.
