Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience installing, operating, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software
- Knowledge of endpoint management frameworks including HCL BigFix, Jamf, or Microsoft Intune
- Demonstrated ability to interface with end users
- Good interpersonal, customer support, verbal and technical writing skills
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain Windows and MacOS computers for CLAHS.
- Respond to service requests via ServiceNow, email, and phone, including remote support.
- Provide friendly, customer-focused technical assistance while diagnosing hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Create detailed documentation and user guides; assist with equipment audits and surplus processes.
