Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT experience with imaging, printers, and basic networking.
• Proficiency in Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow SOPs independently.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot printers, hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Follow IT procedures, maintain quality standards, and identify process improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate with team members.
