Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician in Fall River, MA (or Charlton, MA) to provide hands-on technical support, imaging devices, and maintain reliable IT operations. The role requires 2+ years in IT, experience with Windows 11, Linux, printer and basic networking, and strong communication to follow SOPs and deliver timely solutions.

Compensation is $25–$29 per hour with shifts within a 5:30 AM–1:30 AM window and two work locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT experience with troubleshooting.
• Experience with laptop imaging, printer support, and basic networking.
• Proficiency in Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot printers, hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Follow IT procedures, maintain quality standards, and identify process improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate with team members.
