The ideal candidate brings an associate degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. The position emphasizes on-site work with opportunities to learn AI applications in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Responds to help desk tickets, calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support.
• Maintain inventory of devices and assets.
• Communicate in a polite and professional manner with all levels of the business.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Perform software and hardware installations.
• Configure, diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware and software.
• Assist with computer moves/adds/changes and related duties.
• Participate in IT projects as required.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office products.
• Interest in learning about AI use within a business.
