Job summary

FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants is seeking an IT Specialist to support day-to-day IT systems at the New Castle site in Delaware. The role covers help desk tasks, device inventory, and hardware/software troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.

Qualified candidates have an associate degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Windows and networking skills, and excellent communication and customer service abilities. This role is on-site and reports to the IT Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to help desk tickets, telephone calls, and e-mail and personnel requests for technical support
• Maintain inventory of devices
• Communicate in a polite and professional manner with all levels of the business

• Configure, diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware and software
• Assist with computer moves/adds/changes and other related duties and tasks as required or assigned
• Participate in IT projects as required

Accountability

Position has a contributory effect on sales of at least $50m and reports to the IT Director. #LI-Onsite
