Responsibilities

• Responds to help desk tickets, telephone calls, and e-mail and personnel requests for technical support.
• Maintain inventory of devices.
• Communicate in a polite and professional manner with all levels of the business.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Perform software and hardware installations.
• Configure, diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware and software.
• Assist with computer moves/adds/changes and other related duties and tasks as required or assigned.
• Participate in IT projects as required.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office products.
• Have an interest in learning about AI use within a business.
