Job summary

FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants, Inc. in New Castle, Delaware, seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep manufacturing plants, labs, warehouses and facilities running safely and efficiently.

You will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment, support capital projects, and maintain detailed records under the Maintenance and Facilities Manager. The role requires OSHA/GMP knowledge, ISO 9001/14001 awareness, and strong mechanical, piping and instrumentation skills, with CMMS proficiency and basic

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and GMP requirements related to maintenance.
• ISO 9001 & 14001 compliance environment.
• Competent with mechanical and piping installations and repairs.
• General understanding of instrumentation and process control systems maintenance.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the plant, lab, warehouse and office areas under the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including boilers, air handlers, chillers, motors and piping systems.
• Support capital project installations and plan maintenance requirements.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and equipment files; document repairs and parts used.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, PMs, and maintenance records.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and read P&ID to identify equipment.
• Operate forklifts and perform minor welding as needed.
• Follow SOPs and SHE/GMP standards in all tasks.
