FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants is seeking an IT Specialist to support day-to-day IT systems at the New Castle site in Delaware. The role covers help desk tasks, device inventory, and hardware/software troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.

Qualified candidates have an associate degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Windows and networking skills, and excellent communication and customer service abilities. This role is on-site and reports to the IT Director.

• Responds to help desk tickets, calls, and emails for technical support.
• Maintain inventory of devices.

• Perform software and hardware installations and troubleshooting.
• Assist with computer moves/adds/changes and IT projects as required.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office products.
• Interest in learning about AI use within a business.
