Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks and troubleshooting methods.
• Biometric passport is required for international travel.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience is not required as we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software.
• Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions.
• Provide training and support for new technology implementations.
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
