• Provide daily support for computer network users.
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
• Respond to Help Desk calls and emails including after-hours requests.
• Provide accessible, professional assistance for technical issues.
• Resolve issues with timely status updates.
• Maintain records of IT issues and resolutions.
• Maintain updates/patches across servers and desktops.
• Configure hardware and software including mobile devices.
• Coordinate ordering of IT equipment.
• Setup equipment for new hires and train users.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Secure disposal of old equipment.
• Set up user accounts and password-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and plan upgrades.
• Assist with planning/deploying applications and OS.
• Other duties as assigned.
