Job summary

Synthomer plc seeks an ITSC Specialist to be the first point of contact for the PC user community, providing technical support for hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices. You will partner with end-users and tech teams to ensure incidents are analyzed, resolved, and reported per SLAs.

Reporting to the IT Customer and Process Excellence Manager, you will work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, delivering exceptional service and results across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support to end users.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for ITSC requests and incidents.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues per SLAs.
• Collaborate with IT groups to implement fixes and document results.
