Job summary

Syncro is seeking a dynamic Technical Support Representative to handle initial inquiries and troubleshooting for our partners. You will respond to calls, emails, and chats, document issues, and guide customers through standard procedures while escalating complex cases to higher-level support.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to design solutions that support company growth, improve revenue recognition, and maintain high customer happiness.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years IT technical support experience.
• Firm understanding of RMM usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Learn and explain Syncro products to customers.
• Guide users through standard procedures and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to address customer needs.
• Maintain a proactive 24-hour update cadence with stakeholders.
• Help grow the knowledge base and share product knowledge.
• Stay current with product changes and internal processes.
• Aim to maximize customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
